At our shop, we order items from overseas warehouses and ship them to you.

The period from order to delivery

We will ship your order within ◯◯ days of your order.
*We will ship as soon as all items are available.

If your order has not been shipped by the estimated shipping date, please contact us.
Our staff will respond within ◯ business days.

Please allow 5 to 10 days for tracking to become available after your order has been shipped.
Tracking will be completed after customs clearance, so please wait a while until you can track your package.

About the product

As this is an overseas product that does not meet Japanese sewing standards, the sewing may be rough. There may be fraying, loose threads, wrinkles, and loose beads and buttons. Please understand this before purchasing.

The color of the product may differ from the image shown. It may also differ depending on the characteristics of each monitor.

Return and exchange policy

If there is a problem with the product you received, please contact us.
We do not accept returns or size exchanges due to customer convenience.

If you would like to exchange the product, please contact us within ◯ days of receiving the product.

If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will process a refund using the method of payment you used.
